Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Suncations.com, Suncations, LLC, or Suncations™ (referred to as “Suncations”) and governs data collection and usage.

When any personal information (name, address, date-of-birth, credit card numbers, travel dates, booking ID, etc.) is required to book any travel, we will directly ask you to supply it. Any personal information provided will be used to tailor our products and services to better suit the interests of our valued customers.

We do not honor all “do not track” requests and settings. If you use any signal(s) or another mechanism(s) that provides you the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services, we will attempt to override such signals or mechanisms. When you use our website, no other parties can collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Your choice is indicated by your settings in your web browser. A “do not track” indication sent from your web browser will not result in any tracking activity (i.e., tracking cookies) within the website to be programmatically disabled.

We collect and use your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.  We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Suncations.com and Suncations, LLC and its affiliates. This information will help book travel or provide you with future travel opportunities.

We use this information to: (a) Send you requested products or services information; (b) Respond to customer service requests; (c) Send you a newsletter; (d) Send you marking communications; (e) Conduct research; (f) book travel; and (g) and/or Administer your account.

When you click the Submit or More Info button on our website, you agree to have your information shared with us and for us to contact you via telephone (including mobile), text SMS/MMS, and/or email, even if your telephone number is on a corporate, state, or the National Do Not Call Registry, and you agree to our Privacy Policy.

 
SHARING INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.  We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you.  In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, phone, name, address) is transferred to the third party.

RETENTION OF DATA

We will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. “Usage Data” is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the service or from the service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a Website visit). Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.


RIGHT TO DELETION
